Here is another diy activity for manha...for practicing arabic vowels!! Again making learning fun and interactive for her!

The activity is about joining together vowel based letters into words!!

DIY Three Letter Word Activity!!

Manha MashAllah is in progress of practicing reading!  But often I have found her that she had  ratify  words  rather than blending letters altogether. ..

She also started Bob books collection 1..based on 3 letter words ! ! In order to make  blending phonics more fun for her...I made an activity for her, where  she make 3 letter words by practicing their sounds!!

Ramadan Activities!

Ramadan went by. May Allah accept our ibadahs and prayers!
As per plan, we were not at all on track as it was not at all easy to manage kids, home and our ibadah all together ..but nevertheless, we did some activities..Manha explore some new stuff Alhamdulillah!!

Alhamdulillah..MashAllah!! After  practicing 'Vowel Fatha'  ..she  had  also done with 'Vowel  Kasra' and 'Vowel Dammah" , practicing now a days!!
 Also she learnt by heart Surah Fatiha and Surah Iklaas!!

She made a Ramadan Card for her class.

Iftar time was her and her  brother favorite time. She was always very desperate for Maghrib prayer ..so that she can have red juice with everyone!! We made a table mat on which etiquettes are mentioned for her , as a reminder as Manha is lefty ..so one has to remind her again an again to use right hand while eating..InshAllah  she will adopt the practice with time!!

Manha explored about 'WUDU' - ablution, through different books and activities..by coloring ..learning the steps etc, She explored the different prayer times and their names!

Also  we made a SADQAH BOX,  I explain  her différente types of sadqah! Now she often say to put her money in sadqah box!!

Along with our Islamic activities,  she practice reading and writing..
MashALLAH, she has read all "The Emaan Reading Series" level PK, many ORT and other books!!

Alhamdulillah, with time Manha exploring a lot of stuff! May she get benefit from it!!

Ramadam Kareem 2017!!

Finally the RAMADAN  2017 arrives...May Allah accept our ibadah and bring out good changes and practices in our life!!


We crafted  and planned some stuff for Ramadan for manha..so that she may feel something special  abt this month.

We went to roof to see the ramaan moon ..we recite the moon sighting prayer!!

Ramadan activity pocket calendar is made so that she can daily spend quality time on planned activities. .will share them  inshAllah! !

The best thing abt crafting this Ramadan was that I recycled old wedding cards!! 

Hopefully inshAllah we will be on track and follow our daily planned activities...may she get benefit from it!!

  

HAPPY RAMADAN! !

Story of Prophet Nuh (A.S)!!

Story of Prophet Nuh (A.S) was shared many times with manha...we read it through book as well as did sticker activity book of Nuh (A.S)

This time we craft a story..which she throughly enjoyed and ended up playing with water!! :)

As always crafting stories makes children remembering  stories better and fun too!!           

A new beggining!!

Enrolling into school  or homeschooling...was not an easy decision ... as I always  wanted to be part of her learning. .make her path of learning fun for her...but had to make a choice to enrolled in school to make her social and to make her spend good quality  time when I can't gave her one!!

Somehow..got to know about a school where they believe that children can learn through play rather than through structured curriculum or testing!! 

So the day arrived...it was hard to leave her alone but her response makes me satisfied!

She is happy to spend her time there..and excited too!! :)

May Allah make her journey smooth and beneficial for both this world and the next!!

But  enrolling in playgroup. .doesn't mean we stop doing homeschooling. ..it will continue  InshAllah...as we love to learn and explore and doing activities  together!!
